Actual item displayed. Item was removed in good working order from a panel we decommissioned. Please note that there is some cosmetic damage on the back of the HMI. When removing it from the panel our technician slipped and broke off a small piece of the plastic housing on the back of the unit. The item was not dropped or heavily impacted. Because of this damage, we will extend our standard 30 day money back guarantee to 60 days and allow the item to be returned at our expense if you are not satisfied for any reason.
Photo Policy: Unless specifically noted in the listing, we do NOT use stock photos. The item you see is the item you will receive, with one small exception. If we have multiple quantites of the same item, we will take photos of a single item from our stock and use that for the listing. We take all of our photos in house on a pure white background in order to make the item stand out.
We accept returns within 30 days for any reason. If the item you receive is defective or damaged, we will give a full refund (including shipping costs). Occasionally we’ll have a customer who purchases an item only to find out they needed a different part for their needs. We are still more than happy to accept a return, but we may withhold the original shipping cost from the refund and ask the customer to pay for return shipping.
